Health and Safety

We are fully compliant with the directions provided by government health authorities. We have increased the cleaning frequency of our facilities. All guests should bring their own hygiene products such as hand sanitizer, gloves, and masks.

Social Distancing

We ask that all guests not within their ‘safe social circle’ maintain a social distancing of at least 2 meters. Parents must supervise their children at all times.

Reservations

Online reservations will be available starting March 1st, 2023

Cancellations

We understand that your plans may change in these uncertain times. We ask that you assist us with timely cancellations to make room for additional guests.

Office/Store

The office will be staffed, however, in accordance with social distancing rules, we will assist up to two guests at a time. Firewood and ice will be available for sale beginning mid-June, but other inventory items may be limited.

Rooms

Honeymoon and deluxe chalets and family suites prices will be reduced by 20%.
No bedding or towels will be provided in any of our chalets/suites or cabins
Also, will require a minimum night stay:

- Camping cabins require a minimum of 2-night stay
- All chalets and suites require a minimum of 3-night stay

RV’ers

We ask that guests use their own washroom facilities in order to reduce traffic at the public washrooms. Maximum 6 people per campsite.

Tenting

We are accepting tenting reservations now that the washrooms are open.
One tent per campsite. Maximum of 6 people per campsite.

Sani-dump

The Sani-dump station will be open from 9am to 11am daily.

Day-Visitors

We will not be accepting day-visitors; registered guests only.

Showers

The shower house is open and cleaned in accordance with Covid19 Health Regulations.

Mineral Hot Pools

We ask that guests use their own towels and follow social distancing guidelines.

Hours of operations:

- 9am to 7pm (June and September)
- 9am to 8pm (July and August)

Laundromat

Our laundromat facility will be closed until further notice.

Groceries and snacks

Guests will need to bring their own groceries and snacks.
Pizzas will be available to order at the office.

Cabins and Rooms there is NO CANCELLATION for all cabins and rooms. Your reservations will be confirmed within 7 days.
